60 minute CLE: Executive Order on Immigration: Top Legal Issues for Washington Businesses
The recent executive order on immigration could have far reaching consequences for business. Many Washington companies, as well as the lawyers who advise them, are trying to understand the impact of the executive order on their employees and operations. In addition, further policy changes are expected under the new administration and congress, creating further uncertainty for business.
This CLE will provide an overview of the key elements of the executive order and issues it raises for Washington businesses. The panelists will discuss common questions regarding the executive order, potential impacts of the order, and best practices going forward.
This CLE is structured as a Q&A session with a panel of highly experienced attorneys. Our moderator will present a scenario or question and then have the panel experts walk through the implications and issues in different areas of law.
