Why join the IPS mentorship program?
There are many benefits to joining the IPS mentorship program. Among many things, it is a great professional and personal opportunity for mentees to meet local practitioners with deep experience and diverse backgrounds, to build skills and experience, and to explore the legal community. For mentors, a good mentoring relationship offers opportunities to network, to empower someone new in the practice, and to provide a sounding board and access to knowledge, situations and networks. A mentorship program gives all a chance to create lifelong learning and a relationship that may extend beyond the mentorship program. Please visit the “Mentorship Program” page of the Global Gavel for more information.
