Join us for an International Practice Section brownbag CLE on international arbitration issues.  We will look at issues arising when an international transaction goes wrong and heads into arbitration, with perspectives from a litigator, arbitrator and transactional attorney.  Our panel will discuss important issues that should be considered in advance, risks and rewards of arbitration vs litigation, and key takeaways on international arbitrations.
