The Hague Convention has attempted to address the issues pertaining to international child custody.  Despite the comprehensive scope, few U.S. attorneys realize and understand the authority the convention yields in U.S Courts and abroad.  Please join Ramina Dehkhoda-Steele as she helps U.S. practitioners navigate the Hague Convention, goes over updates and changes to the Convention, and discusses the associated family law and custody orders.
