The WSBA International Practice Section invites you to attend a CLE on “Emerging Copyright Practice: the Chinese Experience with Open Licensing.”
Join Dr. Chuyan Wang as she discusses the nuances and technicalities associated with the existing copyright laws in China. She will further discuss the current copyright practices and trends within the region. Furthermore, Dr. Wang will discuss the impact of open licensing on the Chinese copyright culture. Attendees will not only gain and overview of the current laws, but also practice tips on how to protect copyrights within the region.
