Join the International Practice Section and World Peace Through Law Section for a CLE with the First Secretary of Cuban Embassy in Washington, D.C., Miguel Fraga.  Mr. Fraga will cover topics including the history of relations between US and Cuba; information about Cuba generally not accessible to US audiences; what US and Cuba have accomplished in the past year; most important items on agenda for normalization of US-Cuba relations for the upcoming year; and bills in congress relating to the Cuban embargo and Guantanamo Bay.
